A variety of adventures and excursions by the Gypsy with a Day Job staff, and other contributing authors that take place within the Ireland, and her four states.
Stories will include the diverse history of the country, including periods when it’s existence was split into an entirely different set of boundaries. Locations will include those the feature to small, locally specific heritage, s well as those that are grander, and represent a piece of the varied royal and religious history of the past.
At times, sites that educate the people about the history of the “occupation” by the British, and the horrors of the oppression, will be included, with insight from local residents, to expand beyond the tourist view point.
We will also present options for purchasing unique locally crafted goods as souvenirs, to support the local economy. We will also focus on places to eat that feature local fare.
Gorgeous photographic galleries will be a focus of each story, and when it is an option, video footage will also be included
